IV. How to Use

1. Clean your feet and dry them completely.

2. Put on the white socks containing Foot Care Essence.

3. Put on the plastic socks on the white socks.

4. After 30-40 minutes, take off both plastic socks and white socks.

6. Let feet absorb the remaining essence by tapping.

7. If you use our Foot Care Essence, you can keep your feet healthy and smooth.
